RepoISO now manages the NAS itself, so nasmon no longer polls it (settings field, dashboard card,
menu link and repoiso:* alerts are gone). Drop-in SMB includes, read-only listing and keeping
smbd/nfs-server running for other software's shares stay.

- include SMB drop-ins from /etc/samba/smb.conf.d into the generated smb.conf
- keep smbd/nfs-server running while other services (/etc/exports.d, drop-ins) share,
instead of disabling them when nasmon has no shares of its own
- list those shares read-only on /shares
- settings: RepoISO URL; poll its /api/integration/status, dashboard card, menu link,
alerts for portal down, stale worker, failed jobs, unmounted publications

Pool cards show the dedup ratio and can set dedup=on|off on the pool root
dataset (inherited by children); the new-dataset form gets a dedup option.

Supermicro BMC virtual media ("CD-ROM image" over a Windows share) only
offers the SMB1 dialect "NT LM 0.12", which Samba rejects with
server min protocol = SMB2. Add an opt-in "Allow legacy clients" SMB
setting that renders server min protocol = NT1 and
ntlm auth = ntlmv1-permitted. Off by default.

SMB shares and NFS exports may now point to any existing directory
(USB disks under /mnt or /media, /srv, home folders...) instead of only
ZFS dataset mountpoints. System trees (/etc, /usr, /var, /boot, /proc,
/root, ...) are refused, also after resolving symlinks. The path
suggestions list mounted data filesystems from /proc/self/mounts in
addition to ZFS mountpoints.

Go service (nasmon/) plus nfpm packaging (packaging/), carried over from
the home_nas monorepo. Adds rpm packaging alongside the existing deb
build (Fedora/RHEL/Rocky dependency names via nfpm overrides, per-format
systemd unit path, dpkg+rpm-compatible maintainer scripts) and a Gitea
Actions workflow that builds both formats on every push.
